  I had a horrible experience here...the woman here were rude and wasted a week and a half of my car search after I explained to the finance woman my situation(bad credit,$10000cash down) not mentioning 3kids and a rental car smh for a car that cost 16000 and still could not get it to have then<br>the manager after hearing my disappointment told me to keep my money and hung up in my face... Manager name unknown Finance woman name Rita<br><br>Would not recommend anyone go here...they only help you if you can help them and might waste your time as well

  Brendon it sounds like your having another temper tantrum again because you dont like the fact women work here. You are also a liar. Lets first get on the fact that I heard you go back and forth with my sales rep Rita insisting she was not doing her job good enough because she was a woman. You stated had she been a MAN she would have gotten the job done. You became agressive and thats when you were put on speaker. Youve been agressive towards Rita since last week when she told you your approval.

  I normally don't leave reviews but after my experience with this company, I have to because they deserve one. The workers were FRIENDLY, KIND and MOST IMPORTANTLY FULL OF PATIENCE (I bothered them for weeks). They went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident with my purchase. THANK YOU !!

  Compre un truck y a dos millas de manejar se encendio la luz del motor. Me comunique con Ashly y me dijo no te preocupes que lo arreglamos y recomendaron a su mecanico Carlos y ese mecanico ha sido la persona mas deshonesta que he conocido me dio una cita y cuando le deje el truck por la manana me llama despues para reclamar por que habia dejado el truck y le dije que ya tenia la cita y dijo esta bien .<br>Luego me dice que Ashly ordeno las piezas incorrectas y que son la piezas mas baratas que existen que ridiculo ese mecanico Carlos y me dice que tienen que ordenar las piezas de nuevo y no sabe cuanto tiempo demora y hable con Ashly y le dije que los 30 dias para pasar inspeccion ya habia llegado.<br>Luego llegaron las piezas y que me iban a poner en espera para arreglarlo<br>Decidi mejor llevarlo a mi mecanico.<br>Definitivamente no recomiendo y menos a ese supuesto mecanico Carlos<br>Y tambien golpearon el truck en el taller del supuesto mecanico.

  Hi Juan I'm sorry to hear your schedule did not alight with the mechanics schedule. As soon as you called we scheduled you to see the mechanic that we use. After he diagnosed the car he told you it needed a part of the exhaust repaired. The part was ordered and you bought the car back to have it serviced. When he put your car on the lift, he noticed it was the incorrect part. That part was sent back and the correct part arrived a few days later. The mechanic did not have lift available and told
