    Pretty hard to belive but lawyers can get 5 stars! Lol... in all seriousness I was reccomended here by Eric Ploumis. I had a little complicated transaction which required 2 types of legal expertise that I initially expected to hire 2 firms. Fortunately at Rivkin they had everyone in house (of sorts). I worked with Sean and Dylan for my deal and both provided sound legal and business advice and in general great to work with. They were cognizant of what I was looking for and also aware what could potentially sour the opposing party thus to avoid a meltdown of the transaction. Long story short they helped me get the deal done!
