Been coming here for years. Tonite I experienced "Still the absolute best skirt steak in the area! " Always a great time... customers and staff are always friendly and considerate. Staff and owners are attentive and make the cost even more enjoyable. And the touch tunes music rocks. I'd add more photos but we ate it all.

I was visiting this establishment out of town for the second time and asked the server/bartender for a to-go container. Instead of simply assisting with the request, I witnessed an uncomfortable interaction involving the employee.<br><br>What was especially concerning was being able to clearly observe the employee's behavior and body language during the interaction. Although I could not hear every word that was said, his conduct was obvious enough that I was uncomfortable with how the situation was handled.<br><br>What made the experience even more concerning was the apparent reaction of other employees, who seemed to acknowledge or observe the behavior rather than address it.<br><br>As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and professionalism when making a simple request. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled left a very negative impression and made me question the level of customer service and management oversight at this establishment.
