Hours states is open at 10 am. I arrived at 1030 am and the doors were closed. False information!!

Typical terrible post office. They take an hour and 5 minute lunch, and are the slowest, least helpful people. Horrible

If I could rate this post office a zero, that's what i would've given!! The lady who wears a mask and has dark brown hair is not very helpful, she's actually not helpful at all! Very rude and lazy that I had to leave and go to another town to mail my package Because she refused to print the $7 label I paid for to put over the packaging label I was unable to peel off for my return! I was able to have another post office do this with no trouble at all!! She was mumbling something under her mask and she refused to repeat what she said when I said excuse me! This is one of the many reasons I prefer UPS and why our US postal services have gone to crap! The reviews on this page should've warned me in the first place but lesson learned! It's a shame that customer service is so poor and nothing is apparently ever done!

Worst post office. The lady who works there is rude and miserable. I always have issues mailing packages and end up having to take it to another location (with no issue). I only go here because it's the closest location but going here is a waste of time. This woman needs to be re-trained or she should find a new job because she lacks any sort of customer service skills.

I recently had the worst experience at the Postal Office in Hasbrouck Heights. The service was incredibly disappointing, and the staff were rude and unprofessional. I arrived at 1:44 PM to send a package to Europe, only to be told that they couldn't help me because they were going on lunch at 2 PM. The employee lied and said there were no labels available at that moment and suggested I return at 3 PM to see if they had any in the back. This is not the first time I've encountered such terrible service at this office. It's frustrating and unacceptable. I sincerely hope someone responsible is reading these negative reviews and takes action to make necessary changes. This situation has become unbearable.
