Unfortunately this is probably the worst health care experience I've ever had in my life. 2 months ago I had an appointment. During the appointment the doctor had no sense of patient privacy and came and went leaving the door open. Multiple people kept on walking by and it was very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the prescription he gave me did not work and ever since I have been calling the office leaving voicemails. Even if I do reach the assistants, they just say the doctor will call me back and he has not done so for over a month and a half. I do not like to post these messages as they can affect someone's livelihood, however, mistreating patients is a matter that is even worse and should not be taken lightly no matter how many patients a practice has. If they want to give the excuse that they have many patients, they shouldn't be accepting new patients if they can't manage the ones they currently attend to.

Excellent doctor, excellent staff. Try to find street parking. Parking in the back is tight and scary.

Did labs which is always a good thing, but never called me back to follow up even after calling his office several times and getting a voicemail saying that he would.

I love Dr. Doctoroff. He makes my scaredy cat husband comfortable, and I really appreciate that. My husband always leave the office happy that he went to see Dr. Doctoroff. Highly recommended doctor. Assistants and front desk are also very friendly.
