  The Korean Butchery is one of my favorite places to get meat! The quality and taste are consistently great, and everything I've gotten here has been fresh and delicious. The workers are also so kind and always willing to help or answer any questions.<br><br>My go-to items are the galbi and brisket (chadol), but their pork belly and pork jowls are great too! I recently tried their kimchi for the first time and loved it so much that I think I'll be getting my kimchi from here from now on as well.<br><br>They also have free parking in the back, which is super convenient. Great quality, friendly service, and a place I'm always happy to come back to. Highly recommend!

  I've heard about this Korean specialty butcher shop for years and finally stopped by today since my office is nearby. It was easy to find and having a parking lot in the back made it very convenient. The store has an incredible, premium selection of meats that you rarely see at regular grocery stores.I picked up the Pork Collar Cap out of curiosity. When I opened the package at home, I could immediately tell it was incredibly fresh. I seasoned it with just salt and pepper and served it with kimchi. It had a wonderful texture, almost like pork jowl, with absolutely zero unpleasant smell. The freshness really stood out.The staff were incredibly welcoming, happy to explain the different cuts, and thanked me on my way out. They also have a nice selection of traditional side dishes. I will definitely be back for family dinners!Why This Version Will Work

  Quality was great. But with their price, might as well go to the restaurant where they have side dishes and cook for you at the table. I bought an order of prime rib meat (maybe 1-2 lbs?) for over 50 and 30+ dollar for a pound of thinly sliced oxtail. Yes, I get it, there's more labor involved. But how long does it take to cut 20-25 slices of a pound of oxtail? Also, oxtail is mostly bones so we basically had maybe 2-3 ozs of meat for 30+$. Bottom line, 2people eating were very hungry after spending almost 100$ and cooking at home. Ppl buy meat to cook at home to save a bit of money, but I felt like it would've been easier and cheaper to go out. I love the concept but the owner needs to take a micro 101 class on pricing strategy. Also, one more tip - spend the extra 10-20 cents on proper bags with your business info. It's marketing 101.

  This is the place you need to go. Great customer service and very fresh high quality meats and food. It is slightly pricey but you will not feel that way when you have high quality and low quanty meals for your health.
