  Working with Marilyn and her team--including LJ, the loan officer, and the attorney she recommended--was an amazing experience. The entire process was very simple and well explained from the beginning during our buyer consultation. Marilyn made scheduling appointments easy, always responded promptly, and was there whenever I needed her.<br>She was honest about what to expect and never gave me false hope. We faced challenges in this competitive market, especially while searching for a higher-priced multifamily home, but Marilyn remained determined. She found us a great two-family home in Hawthorne, close to Goffle Brook Park, in an area we absolutely love.<br>Marilyn used different strategies to strengthen our offer and even negotiated a seller's credit, which is very difficult to obtain in this market.   I have worked with Marilyn before, so when it came time to sell my condo in West Orange and purchase my next home, I already knew I could trust her to handle everything.<br>Once again, she did an amazing job. She was able to sell my condo for well over our asking price and with great terms, and she handled the entire process from beginning to end. She kept me informed, explained everything along the way, and was always available when I needed her.<br>What impressed me the most was how she coordinated the sale of my condo with the purchase of my new single-family home. In this market, I know how difficult it can be to sell and find another property at the same time, but Marilyn put everything together so that the timing worked and I was able to make the move from my condo into a home that was a great upgrade for me.<br>I also trusted the professionals she recommended throughout the process, including the attorney, lender and others.   So we met at an open house for my new place in West Orange. It was one of those experiences where everything just felt right, everything aligned perfectly. Marylin was amazing to work with, helped me with everything at every step. All I had to do was focus on a small handful of things, and she took care of everything else.   Hola Marilyn,<br>Quiero decir que trabajar contigo fue una de las mejores decisiones que pude haber tomado para vender mi casa en West Orange.<br>Desde el primer dia me senti tranquila porque vi que estabas pendiente de absolutamente todo. Incluso antes de poner la propiedad en el mercado, ya estabas trabajando en todo lo necesario, verificando informacion, comunicandote con las personas correspondientes y asegurandote de que todo estuviera en orden para evitar problemas o retrasos mas adelante.<br>Gracias a todo ese trabajo, el proceso fue mucho mas tranquilo de lo que imaginabamos.
