  The Only Amenity That Works is Disappointment, The listing promised a state-of-the-art gym 24/7 and luxury finishes. What I got a treadmill that makes concerning noises, a front desk that mysteriously disappears when you need them, and kitchen cabinets that were installed with hopes and prayers. At least my expectations get a workout every day.

  Warranty, What Warranty, They promised a warranty, but I think it's just a fictional concept to make you feel better before they disappear. Every time I call about an issue, I get transferred to someone who will get back to me soon. I assume soon means never, because I'm still waiting.

  Extremely unprofessional! I hired Sama Builders for a renovation project, and they missed deadlines, ignored calls, and left my house in a mess. Terrible experience overall.

  I cannot express enough how deeply disappointed and outraged I am with Sama Builders, specifically their owner, Hossein. My brother and his wife hired this company with the promise that their home renovation would be completed in 12 weeks--a commitment that was one of the main reasons they chose Sama Builders in the first place. What followed was nothing short of a nightmare.<br><br>Eight months later, the project was nowhere near completion. My brother was forced to take matters into his own hands and fire Hossein after months of lies, delays, and unprofessionalism. This experience was so traumatic that our family now has serious anxiety and PTSD when it comes to hiring any contractor.<br><br>The emotional toll this took on my brother and his wife was unbearable. I received countless phone calls from my brother, in tears, questioning his decisions and feeling completely helpless. It broke our hearts to see him in such distress, all because of the sheer incompetence and lack of ethics

  I've heard horror stories of other contractors and this company did not disappoint! Hossein and his team had a challenging basement renovation that had structural issues. His in house architect was punctual and courteous as was Hossein.<br><br>Happy I used them and will use again in the future!
