I love this Dunkin Donuts! This lovely young lady corrected a small issue that my mom experienced. Our orders are normally perfect every single time, but took the time and graciously addressed my concern. She exemplified perfect customer service.

I didn't like it because I waited a long time for them to take my order, and when they finally came to take it, they told me that if I didn't like waiting, I could go somewhere else. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Review for Dunkin' Donuts - Store #342721<br>Date: May 18, 2026 | Time: 5:26 PM | Check #7345<br><br>I came in for my usual coffee today, and the experience was honestly shocking. First, two girls behind the counter flat-out refused to make me a Dunkin' Midnight, saying "we don't have it." But the moment I walked into the store, I saw the coffee sitting right there on the shelf - they were just too lazy to brew it.<br><br>When I asked for a supervisor, she finally came over and started making my coffee. Here's the worst part: she had been cleaning the floor just seconds before, and she made my drink without washing her hands or putting on gloves. When I asked why no gloves or handwashing, her reply was, "We only use gloves for other things, not for coffee."<br><br>I'm still trying to process that. Cleaning floors then touching coffee cups/lids/machines - with no hygiene measures - is absolutely unacceptable. I expect better from Dunkin'. The laziness I could almost overlook, but the la
