I'm not a person to leave a review anywhere but since I've been expecting my first child all I've been craving is Jersey mikes and every time I go into the Englewood location all I receive is great service and my chicken Philly with pickles sandwich is always delicious but today was extra special the staff is always in a great mood they are super kind and have no idea how their kindness and energy helped me on a day like today . I hope the staff is as happy and taken care of as they make their customers feel.

Dear Jersey Mike's Customer Service,<br><br>I am writing to report an upsetting experience that occurred today at your Englewood, New Jersey location involving a manager named Jeff.<br><br>I entered the store intending to purchase a sandwich for my mother. While waiting to order, I observed customers ahead of me being treated politely, professionally, and respectfully by Jeff. Specifically, I noticed he was friendly and patient with two White customers and Spanish customers ahead of me.<br><br>However, when it became my turn to order, I experienced a completely different interaction. Jeff immediately spoke to me in what I felt was an aggressive and disrespectful tone and said, "What do you want? You're wasting my time."<br><br>I was shocked and upset because I had simply been trying to place an order. Based on the difference between how I was treated and how other customers before me were treated, I left feeling singled out, disrespected, and concerned that I may have been treated diff
