  I have lived at Cliff View Gardens for over 2.5 years and have had a very positive experience.<br><br>The property is well maintained and managed efficiently. The neighbors are quiet and friendly, and there are many longtime and residents, which helps make the community feel peaceful and stable. The fact that some residents have lived here for decades says a lot about the property.<br><br>The location is also excellent for commuting. It is close to Route 17, Route 46, Route 80, and Route 3, making it easy to travel throughout North Jersey. There are also nearby bus and train options for anyone commuting into New York City. Having multiple transportation options has been very convenient.<br><br>There is also a 7-Eleven right next door, which is perfect for grabbing quick essentials or satisfying a late-night snack craving.<br><br>The apartments are clean, and the maintenance service is outstanding.   A hidden jewel in Bergen County. Ample apartments, great management, quiet, gardens, views of NYC, accesible to many places. Prices I couldn't believe. Rent and invest the rest of the money. Live here comfortably. Cordial, educated neighbors, laundry facilities in same apartment complex.

  Very nice place and good apartments<br>Reachable and responsive Onsite manager. She is really good in responding your queries, maintenance requests and make sure of comfortable stay.<br>Maintenance is also good<br>Decent size, well maintained apartments (No pests), good neighborhood<br><br>If I need to say a negative then it would be, walls are not thick. If your neighbor is noisy then you may hear them sometimes. But that is kind of same case in most of the apartments in NJ.
