Thank you Leroy! I've had a basement mouse issue going on several years now, and Excel is the second company I've hired to try to deal with it. Both companies use the same blood thinner types of traps, both indoor and outdoor, and I've had limited success. The problem improves and is under control, but never goes to zero.<br><br>Leroy from Excel came today, his first visit to my house, and took the time to understand my problem and look for the source. He found two holes behind insulation where the critters were clearly coming in and out from, and plugged them.<br><br>I'm optimistic that my problem will now significantly improve.<br><br>Edit Aug 29th 2026:<br>I'd like to give James Wilson from Excel a shout out as well. He is a trusted tech and does a great job keeping my house pest free. Thank you!

Justin came out to do our price quote, was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. He did our first service right then and there, it took 20 minutes and again Justin was terrific. I would recommend Excel to everyone.
