Justin was amazing throughout our home-buying and mortgage process. He provided us with helpful guidance and advice every step of the way, making sure we understood everything we needed to know and were prepared for each stage of the process.<br><br>He also followed up with us every day and consistently kept us updated on interest rates and any important changes or information. His communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail made the entire mortgage process much easier and less stressful for us.<br><br>I would highly recommend Justin to anyone who is planning to purchase a home or is currently going through the home-buying process. I had a great experience working with Hayden throughout my mortgage loan process.<br><br>From the moment I was introduced to Hayden, he reached out to me personally and was very helpful and friendly. He clearly explained what documents I needed to prepare, in what order, and how each document would be used in the loan process. This made what could have been a complicated process much easier to understand.<br><br>As the process moved forward, there were times when additional documents or quick responses were needed. Hayden always stayed on top of everything and made sure there were no unnecessary delays. I also really appreciated that he never pressured me when it came time to lock in the interest rate. He listened to my concerns and waited for my decision rather than rushing me.<br><br>Even after the loan was completed and I closed on my condo, Hayden continued to make sure everything was taken care of.
