  <br><br>This was my first class with Carla, although I've taken Pilates classes before, and I was so impressed! Carla is sweet, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. She created such a welcoming environment and made everyone feel comfortable, regardless of their experience level.<br><br>What stood out most was how attentive she was to everyone in the room. She offered guidance and corrections in a kind, encouraging way and made sure each person felt supported throughout class. Her positive energy and expertise made for a great experience. I would definitely take another class with her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a Pilates instructor who is both skilled and approachable!

  I was a member at Club Pilates for three months and recently started a membership at Core Allure Pilates, and I can honestly say the difference has been amazing. The attention to detail, personalized instruction, and intricacy of the Pilates classes at Core Allure Pilates far outweigh my experience at a larger chain studio.<br><br>I highly recommend taking Pilates classes with Christina and Carla. They are top-tier Pilates instructors who truly focus on form, technique, and making sure you get an effective workout. I actually feel like I am building strength, improving my core, and getting a full-body Pilates workout.

  I took a class with Lexie today and, while it was definitely intense, it was exactly what my body needed. It pushed me to a whole new level in the best way. Lexie did an amazing job demonstrating each movement and encouraging us to trust the strap throughout the workout. I can't wait to take another class with her!
