Xandrea is amazing. She takes a holistic approach to health and fitness and pushes you to work hard and get stronger while also incorporating restorative elements. Working with her for our training sessions always made me smile, work hard, and build strength.

Xandrea is truly a divinely gifted Therapist and Holistic Practitioner . I have received a few Thai Massage sessions, as well as taken her yoga class. I've also assisted her as a Doula where I focused on Nutrition Wellness for her clients. Xandrea has a keen sense of what her patient needs are and developing plans, or exercising the proper touch and guidance.<br>She has a gentle, intuitive Spirit, and is a professional at ALL she does. I will continue to support her and encourage others to sign up for one or more of her healing sessions.

Xandrea is amazing! I was recovering from cancer treatment and my body ached. I enlisted Xandrea to do the Thai massage and it was amazing! my back and body felt so much better. Bonus is that she also makes incredible delectable delites using alternative all natural organic ingredients, gluten free, vegan friendly and absolutely delicious!

Xandrea was kind, attentive, strong and inspiring. I did fitness training with her and I got great results after 3 months. She provided nutrition advice and gave me basic tools to keep on building a healthy lifestyle myself.
