I debated whether to leave this review because I have generally been satisfied with the dental care I have received from Dr. Le Pera over the past six months. Based on the dental work itself, I would not give this practice a two-star rating. Unfortunately, my most recent experience with the administrative side of the practice was upsetting enough that I feel two stars is fair.<br><br>Approximately two weeks before my scheduled appointment, I received a voicemail from the office informing me that the appointment was being canceled because the doctor would be unavailable. This was not unusual, as the office has canceled/rescheduled appointments with me before. In those instances, a canceled appointment remained canceled until another appointment was scheduled. I therefore had no reason to believe this appointment was still taking place.<br><br>Over the weekend, I unexpectedly received an automated reminder for the canceled appointment. I have been going to this dentist for a while and he's great. Extremely competent and skilled, will answer any question. I also appreciate that he never tries to upsell unnecessary services like so many dentists do. He is the real deal and you won't go wrong choosing him.

I love this place! My 7 year-old son is always eager for his dentist appointments here. The doctor and staff are caring, and I appreciate how they remind me about our appointments. Highly recommended!
