Never come to this location at all. Absolute waste of time. There is never anyone there to help you. Counter is always closed due to the "computers being down" which have been "down" for almost 2 months. I been here 5 times and it's always the same issue. Worst post office I've been to

If I could give 0 stars, I would. It's literally never open. There's always some type of problem from computers being down, to two hour lunches, there's always an issue. They shouldn't have a counter here if no one is ever going to be able to use it. Only reason I keep coming is because it's a block away from my work.

This is the absolute worse post office ever :(<br>Besides it not being open. From people being out to lunch to computer issues to just not being open. It seldom has what u need so for example something as simple as certified mail and return receipt cards. How do u not order that stuff. I was told go to the post office on grand ave. Smh<br><br>This place need a new Post master new management ! Something needs to be done.<br>It's beyond frustrating going to this place.

A female staff member at this post office was very physically aggressive when they snatched a letter from my partner's hand, almost causing injury. It was a very unpleasant and unsettling experience. I would advise leadership to look into the way the employees interact with customers.<br>Be careful when interacting with anyone there.
