  The love and caring nature of the teachers and staff is unbelievable. We are so happy with Lightbridge! Our son has learned so much and hes only 15 months!

  Lightbridge academy has become a home away from home! Seeing all the warm smiles and the amount of care from all the staff and front desk gives me comfort in knowing my child is in the best hands! We love Lightbridge !

  I deeply regret sending my baby to this daycare, and I wish I had done more research into its public complaints (3 filed complaints already) and inspection history (a Temporary license with repeated noncompliance over months) before enrolling.<br><br>My baby was in the infant class, and I have serious doubts about the professionalism of the staff there, as well as their certifications and background checks. A worker repeatedly pushed my baby down into the crib while she was trying to arch her back and lift herself up. On another occasion, my baby was left crying in a high chair for over ten minutes with no one attending to her, then was wheeled into the kitchen area facing away from the camera -- seemingly to keep this out of view. When my baby dropped her pacifier on the floor, the worker put it right back to her mouth without even rinsing it off. This is even more troubling given that their "no shoes" policy to the infant room is essentially not enforced -- I personally witnessed mul

  I'm shocked and frustrated by my baby's experience at this daycare infant class, and I want to share information that may help other parents evaluating this facility.<br><br>I'd encourage anyone considering this daycare to look up its public licensing record with the NJ Department of Children and Families, Office of Licensing (just google it). As of this writing, the facility has three public complaints on file, including one describing a staff member repeatedly pushing down an infant's head -- similar in nature to what my own child experienced here.<br><br>You can also check out the findings of the most recent inspection report (also public record, License ID 161100055):<br><br>A complaint-triggered inspection (complaint #24896) found that a staff member pushed a child's head down at nap time on five separate occasions, cited as a safe sleep/child safety violation<br>An additional finding in July 2026 required retraining staff on the center's discipline policy and use of positive guid

  It truly breaks my heart to see negative reviews about a daycare that I have already come to think of as family.<br><br>My daughter started here six weeks ago after spending her first eight months at home with me as her primary caregiver. Like many parents, leaving my baby for the first time was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. From day one, the staff welcomed us with kindness, warmth, and genuine compassion. The office staff took time out of their incredibly busy days to listen to my worries, reassure me, and help ease the anxiety that comes with such a huge transition.<br><br>Every day when I walk through the hallways, I see smiling children, caring teachers, and staff who are constantly working to ensure the safety, happiness, and well-being of every child. It is obvious how much effort goes into creating a nurturing environment, and that kind of dedication deserves recognition.<br><br>I am so thankful we found this center.
