  Short hours. Very long lines. WITH appointment. I was there 2 days in a row at this location (Hudson St Fort Lee).The first day was supposed to be just a drop off. I finally interrupted the people in front of me on line to simply ask if I had to wait just to drop off a sample. The woman behind the desk then attended to me, instead of those on line, for at least 10 minutes. That was lucky for me, but not for the people who were waiting to ask their questions. The next day, I came in an hour early for my scheduled appointment, knowing it would be a long wait. I settled in and waited almost an hour. It turns out that I was called before people who had appointment times before mine! I don't understand. The former LabCorp location on Bridge Plaza in Fort Lee never had wait times like this. Neither did the one in Westwood, near to my workplace.

  Ridiculous wait time. Every time I or a family member goes there, we arrive 15-20 min before our appointment and aren't seen until an hour-ish after the appointed time. No regard for other people's time.

  The absolute worst. Unhelpful staff. Automated check in. Lost my specimen and of course no results. Can't get anyone on the phone. You have to use a parking app because FORT LEE ALSO SUCKS. AVOID THIS INCOMPETENT MESS !

  The person who could assist with my appointment type, went to lunch at my scheduled appointment time. Unprepared and unprofessional.<br>The customer service is awful across all LabCorp. locations

  On personal phone not receptive to people checking in. Felt like we were bothering from their watchin videos. Left and went to another location due to your staff. Insurance pushing poor service and bad behavior

  Horrible customer service and incompetent workers . Even with appointment they make u wait 45 min. They can't seem to know how to read the script and keep making excuses to dismiss patients. They don't want to work. They were socializing amongst themselves while people are waiting. Hire workers not some kids that want to waste people time. This is unacceptable.
