I thought I was gonna die here. No joke even with an appointment it takes forever to be seen. Workers move with 0 urgency, and would rather converse with patients than do their job.

ANGIE is the BEST !!!!! She drew blood from both my girls in under 5 mins !!!! She made them feel extremely comfortable and engaged with them as if I wasn't in the room . My daughters are telling all their friends how great she is!!!!!! From Angelina and Antonia Luna-Bracero

The customer service is very poor. The ladies at the front desk are rude and act like they're doing you a favor instead of helping customers. They ignore people, and the wait time is over two hours. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience

I made an appt. thru their website for 9 am. Arrived around 8:55 am and scan the QR code at the express tablet to check in . In just like 5mins. the receptionist who is nice called me and confirmed my details and ask to get in the room for the procedure. The phlebotomist (Andrea) was great, didn't even feel a thing. Great experience . Srry I didn't took picture.
