I had to do some paving work on my side walk; I spoke with 3 different business owners and finally decided on Universal. I'm so glad I did. He came in the day following day to take some measurements, and provide the estimate. We settled on a number and a date when the work would be started. They came in on the first day, broke up the cement and cleaned everything up. Day 2 they laid the foundation and on day 3 the poured the concrete. They came to remove the tape and to pour some dirt around where they had some gaping. Everything was done efficiently and professionally. I'm very happy with the the outcome! I would definitely recommend their work.

Dealing with contractors can be stressful. Victor is honest and stands by his work. I will use him again.

Victor and crew from the start were very professional, courteous and very clean. The job was done in a timely manner. He answered all of my questions proficiently. I would highly recommend them for the job.
