  He acudido en busca de un medico por un dolor intenso en el estomago, solamente decir que el trato del personal medico ha sido exceptional, la Dra me envia a realizarme unas pruebas y que desea volver a a verme lo antes posible en una semana para un diagnostico con los resultados, .una vez confirmado los resultados acudo a pedir cita en la oficina y recibo un trato despota por el personal de la oficina. La persona que me atiende no es capaz ni de abrir la ventanilla para poder escucharme, lo que hace que suba la voz porque no podia escucharme Me dice cque no tiene citas hasta el 7 de Enero, sin embargo le explico que la Dra me sugerio., pero a ella le dio todo igual, personalmente un trato inhumano, ni siquiera me dio una esperanza o de hablar con el medico para intentar tener una cita, apelo a la sensibilidad de cada persona, logicamente somos personas de paso, pero pienso que si fuera un familiar cercano ese trato no le gustaria recibir. Siento mucho tener que escribir por este medio

  Dr Germinario has been my Primary Doctor for about 15+ years now. She is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor, ready to discuss my medical issues and answer my questions. She is always happy to see me as well. Her staff is very accommodating, ready and willing to assist with a smile. Dr Germinario is also my daughter's primary doctor. I am certain that my family will be well taken care of.

  I don't like the way the staff treats me when I need something and I feel like Dr g doesn't care about me as a person and she cares more about money and her kids then she does her patients

  The Dr. is great. Unfortunately the staff is horribly rude, and don't know how to treat the patients. The front desk is bad, but the MA Maryland was the worst during my last visit, very unprofessional and rude. I couldn't believe the way she talked to me. I like Dr. Geminario but I refuse to deal with their rude staff. It's a shame that good doctors loose their patients over their staff.
