Your visit was on Saturday during Labor Day weekend, which is one of our busiest days, and our team was handling a much higher volume of orders than usual.<br><br>We completely understand that waiting 15 minutes for two iced coffees can be frustrating, and we appreciate your patience. Cool bakery. Might be my fault given when I visit (after 5) but selection often feels limited. Staff turnover seems high.

Since we bake fresh throughout the day, some of our more popular items can sell out by the late afternoon, especially after 5 PM. BRING CASH TIP. DO NOT ENTER TIP ELECTRONICALLY (payment kiosk) One of the workers informed me to skip the tip part because they never receive the actual tips that are entered electronically. Isn't this absolutely illegal?
