The building code for an expansion tank installation was not reviewed and installed correctly. The town inspector failed the inspection and now the plumber is not returning my phone calls

Had them install a new bathroom faucet and hardware under the sink. They showed up on time, communicated well, did the job, cleaned up, etc.
