KidStrong has truly changed our family for the better! In just 3 months, we've seen such a huge difference in our son's confidence. He's more comfortable introducing himself, making eye contact, taking risks, and communicating--not just at the gym, but everywhere we go!<br><br>My favorite part is how they teach kids to lead and support one another. The rotating leadership roles and ranking system give the kids achievable goals, and my son LOVES moving up! There's such a strong sense of engagement and motivation in every class.<br><br>The staff's energy is amazing without being overwhelming. They know every child by name and make a point to check in, even with the quieter kids. Every week brings something new to keep the kids challenged and excited.<br><br>Scheduling is also super easy and flexible with the app.<br><br>Highly recommend! Just trust the process--you'll see the growth!

Because the staff and couches gave my daughter the confidence she needed for her 1st class. She really loved!

The coaches are kind, and the programs are fun and changes so the kids are engaged. My boys are picky with what they want to do for long term- they ask to stop after trying couple times but they look forward to go to the class

The coaches and staff are amazing and do a fantastic job at helping the kids. The get involved and learn the strength and weaknesses of each individual child. The program is designed to assist with development skills. My child has improved physically, vocally, and emotionally.
