  I go to Vale physical therapy 2-3 times a week. I initially started due to a fractured ankle but soon realized I needed overall body strength as my back and knee were in pain too. Adrian is very focused on my recovery and maintenance and implements the best therapy tailored for me specifically. The pt assistants are always by my side and making sure I am performing the exercises correctly. I am over 65 and have a chronic condition that requires I maintain muscle and bone strength. Vale gets it and is your place to go to retain or build overall strength, balance and flexibility. They are sympathetic, encouraging and fun to be around. I would only go to Vale for PT.

  I cannot thank Dr. Frankie Goris and Dr. Adrian Lorenzo enough for the exceptional care they have provided. They are compassionate, patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly take the time to listen to their patients.<br><br>My case is extremely complex. After two years of being misdiagnosed and struggling to walk, I had nearly lost hope. Their expertise, dedication, and commitment to finding the right answers completely changed my life. They treat me with kindness and respect every step of the way, never making me feel rushed or unheard.   At 72 years okd and having undergone major spinal surgery and a reverse sgoulder replacement as well as carious other operations, i have experienced my share of PT practices. Vale is by far the best; the others did not even come close. It is owned by two young gentlemen with doctoates in physical therapy who hire and supervise younger assistants who are physical therapists in training. Everyone at Vale makes the improvement of each patient their only priority. They are kind but they push you in such a way you don't really realize it until in a few weeks you are feeling stronger and your movement has improved. And it just keeps going in that direction. They know the best orthopedic doctors snd surgeons and they are happy to talk to your doctor to suggest modalities they think will help you. I highly recommend Vale for your PT and rehab needs in northern Bergen County.

  Adrian and Frankie are both caring doctors who individualize treatments to produce the most effective results. I have been going to Adrian for several months and his ability to recognize and work on problem areas has really helped my speedy recovery from shoulder replacement surgery. Thanks to word of mouth, I also know several others, including my son, who go to Vale and would recommend them highly.
