They are all talking about FRONT DESK STAFFS!!! Omg I never experienced before anywhere Their attitude and tone are rude and condescending. Their sarcastic responses to questions make people feel disrespected and uncomfortable. Should fix for customers or learn to how to respect & treat customers!!!

Disappointing experience due to lack of clear communication and unprofessional front desk service.<br><br>As a first-time parent, I expected clearer guidance, but I was told to apply for insurance and pay a copay without any explanation. When I asked for clarification, I was simply told again to "pay the copay," and the staff member's smile felt dismissive, which made the situation uncomfortable and embarrassing.<br><br>Additionally, the check-up process seemed incomplete--only my baby's weight was measured, while height and head circumference were skipped. The baby record card was not filled out, and no percentile information or explanation was provided.<br><br>Overall, the lack of communication and attention to basic care left a negative impression. I would not recommend this clinic, especially for first-time parents.

The reception staff are very unfriendly and unhelpful.<br><br>On the other hand, the doctor is very kind and thorough, and I truly wanted to keep coming because of him.
