  I worked with Erica to recover some money from my parents estate. I had been working through other recovery agents for over 10 years and didn't seem to be making progress.   Our firm was trying to recover a Decedent's account, but the bank was giving us the runaround and kept asking for the same information over and over and then told us we needed a Medallion Signature Guarantee on one of the forms. We were unable to locate a bank that would provide an MSG to non-account holders, and our firm's local bank branch does not offer this service. The attorney didn't want to go to SF or SJ. Then one day we received a letter from Britt Samuel at ABA offering assistance to get the funds. We were very skeptical but after speaking with her, I felt that maybe it would be OK. Well, it was - Ms. Samuel was very efficient, obtained the MSG for us, and retrieved the funds in the account in a relatively short time. ABA also charged a very reasonable fee for their service. We will definitely use them again.

  APA (Abandoned Property Advisors, LLC) was most helpful to me. My brother-in-law in Puerto Rico was entitled to payment and my husband and I helped him from the States. I worked with Stephen Lochner, Manager, Client Services in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. We communicated by phone and email. He was most helpful, answered all our questions, and was on top of the case immediately. I was able to scan documents and email them to him rather than by postal mail. He checked up on the status several times, and notified us when the check was mailed. He wanted to be informed when my brother-in-law received the check. Stephen was on the case from beginning to end and expedited the refund. As a potential customer, you should feel very comfortable about working with APA to receive any payment to which you are entitled. This made a huge difference to our family in that my brother-in-law had brain surgery in the past year, so really needed our help to make this happen. Stephen was a godsend. I can HIGHLY RE
