  I purchased a voucher the day before my appointment and visited the salon for the first time the following day. From the moment I arrived, I had a wonderful experience. Gina took care of me, and I couldn't be happier with the results.<br><br>I didn't give her very specific instructions regarding the color tone, yet she immediately understood what would work best and chose the perfect color for me. She was welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive throughout the entire appointment. She also gave me an amazing haircut and blowout after the color.<br><br>I'm extremely happy with the service and the overall experience. I will definitely be a loyal customer from now on. Highly recommend Gina and the salon!

  In response to the owner when I was there I told and expressed to my stylist that I trusted them. It lightening was explained to me and I expressed to her I didn't know what the process entails but I wanted balayage in that color. I showed my photo there was no photo shown to me. To see what the end result would look like. Apart for this " correct plan what is that going to cost me? what is the additional costs for that? Another 300? I don't have that I am a full time mother who went out for once to get a change I did not like. It's frustrating to know yes the reds were mentioned but not to look copper. Red is red copper and orange tones are different than red /violet colors of burgundy. This does not look burgundy or red it looks copperish which is way different than the violett red tones I had wanted. Not orange and copper that's totally off. If it's truly to be corrected the company should reach out and express how they can solve the issue not the customers run after the company. I

  Hi Stephanie, thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you were unhappy with the final color result. During the consultation, it was explained that achieving the exact inspiration photo would require a full lightening service throughout the hair first, and that the desired dark violet/burgundy tone would not appear the same on the existing canvas without that process.<br><br>After discussing this, a different inspiration photo with more of a wine-red highlighted tone was shown as a more

  Had an amazing experience here! Lilly was so sweet, would highly recommend. Great service and my hair color and haircut turned out great. I just had a bad hair experience at a previous salon, and now my hair feels so refreshed!
