  I have been a patient of Dr. Wuebbels since February of 2024 when I had my initial consultation with him. I came to him looking for an oral surgeon for jaw surgery. I had been with a previous surgeon who was out of network and quoted me $40k out of pocket. Dr. Wuebbels is very pleasant and easy to talk to. I've never had a bad interaction with him. After my initial consultation with him, I came back to get imaging done to confirm my need for jaw surgery. Then the process for insurance authorization began. This was a long and tedious process. The staff at NJ Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in Hackensack were always giving me the run around. I truly had to advocate for myself to get them to get anything done. You truly need to be on top of them so that things can get done efficiently. I was constantly calling the insurance company to get updates on authorization as well as the staff at the office. They never called me back when they were supposed to. I always had to reach out to them first

  Dr. Wolf, she's the best and this facility. Her billing staff that helped get my surgery approved with the insurance was remarkable. I am so glad I decided to literally just walk in there and ask.

  I had my procedure done here last Tuesday, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, the entire team was incredible. They took the time to clearly explain everything beforehand, which really helped ease any nerves I had going in.<br><br>The procedure itself was smooth and much easier than I expected, and their post-op instructions were just as thorough and helpful. Everyone I interacted with was kind, patient, and made me feel genuinely comfortable and cared for.<br><br>You can tell this team truly knows what they're doing and prioritizes their patients. I'm very grateful for the level of care I received and would highly recommend them to anyone needing oral surgery.<br><br>Special thanks to Ina, Alex, Vanessa, Robin, and Kristin for making the experience so seamless and reassuring.

  I was seen by Dr. Insel during honestly the worst week of pain I've ever had. I was legitimately non functional.<br><br>Dr. Insel was kind, compassionate, professional, knowledgeable. After the exam told me my problems at the time were from an impacted wisdom tooth.<br>Numbed me up and pulled it out. Procedure was painless and I basically had zero discomfort and immediately felt better. Basically life saver, if you've ever had dental pain you know it's no joke.<br><br>Dr. Insel then helped me out even more. A day and a half later when the pain returned but this time in my lower jaw he saw me first thing in the morning, explained pain is now from a tooth that needs a root canal done. He and his staff reached out on my behalf to an endodontist and set me up with an appointment later that day that once again saved my life.<br>Up until this point best dental visit I've ever had.<br><br>All the support staff were also great. Professional and compassionate who took great care of me as well.

  Got my wisdom teeth removed at this facility a couple of years ago and I still have a scar on my top lip, thanks to "oral surgery expert", Dr. Wuebbels.
