  Don't waste your time doing business with this company. They will lure you in with a lengthy visit to "diagnose" your problem and then proceed to request a deposit to put you on the "schedule". That is probably the worst thing you could do because they will likely pepper you with excuses as to why they can't show up. My experience was with Eric Wright (owner) and a team member named Scott. Scott came out and did a very detailed inspection. He tried to sell me everything under the moon, but I focused in on exactly what I wanted and needed, nothing more. He told me he could get me on the schedule quickly, and that my job could be done in a day with 4 guys on the job. This is when the games began to be played by this company. The day the project would start kept changing. They also wanted a deposit, but I let them know that they would have to start the job before any monies would be paid.
