Sokol came across as honest and straightforward and I did not feel like he was upselling me. One of his teams of 2 (led by Gene) came the next morning and completed new gutter installation within 2 hours. Sokol came later to personally inspect the work and even got on the roof himself to tidy up the soffit. I asked about gutter guards but he said because we only have 1 neighbor's tree nearby, it wouldn't be worth it and to just save the money. Seems like a good, family-owned business that proudly stands by its work. Price was reasonable and there is a 20 year warranty on the work.

Totally ripping off from<br>TOP ROFFING LLC<br>LIC#: I3VHI 1832400<br><br>Usually I don't do reviews, but this time my story needs to be share.<br>Last May we had top roof LLC doing our roof in Union Township. Small 2 bedrooms single family home. We agreed and signed a contract for 11k for new roof with Mike from top roof . They started to do the roof on Memorial Day weekend.<br>When they removed all my roof it started to rain a bit. I got a phone call from Mel saying the roof has issue with old wood base and mold, need to remove and replace plywood spray mold , add sister beams.<br>And here are the price:<br>1/2" plywood $33700.00<br>5/8" is $39400.00<br>I called Mike from Top Roof who I was working and signed contract with, asking why $11k now additional up to almost $40K. Mike was washing his hands and saying that's the wood guy not me . I only dealing w the roof.<br>Minutes later Mel called me and said will giving discounts to $28400.00 TO GET IT DONE , BECAUSE IT IS RAINING AND MY
