  Frank went above and beyond. Frank made the sale happen - worked w Buyer and lawyers seamlessly. In areas requiring negotiation he made both parties feel like they would be happy w the outcomes. Frank had strong relationships w contractors to have punch list items appropriately repaired which took concerns away from me. I would recommend Frank to others.
