I love the new addition to Iron Alpha Gym! Pilates has been a huge hit in fitness community and having it both in the same facility is 10/10 experience. The vibes and people there are amazing, it truly feels like a community

I had never done Pilates before because I was always intimidated to try it, but I finally gave it a chance with Alpha Core and I'm so glad I did! The instructors are so welcoming and encouraging, and they've always made me feel comfortable going at my own pace. It's been a great way to work on strengthening my back and hips, which I previously went to physical therapy for. I'm officially a Pilates girly now and look forward to every class. I couldn't recommend Alpha Core more!

The instructors are knowledgeable and welcoming. They provide clear instructions and cues throughout classes. I also love the set up and lighting. Definitely recommend!
