Went to the store around noon this Saturday, while it said it's open. It was not. Called all three numbers listed for the store, no one picked up. People in the supermarket has no idea when they open or close. Complete waste of my time. Do not recommend.

Nobody answers the phone. Have been trying to call many times this week to see if the store open over thanksgiving weekend but no response at all

ViVi is so nice and knowledgeable! She answered all my questions and provided the best services, she knew our car too small to carry the products back so that she helps us to deliver it, appreciate that!

My range hood lights were not working, so I went to the FOTILE store at 99 ranch in Hackensack. The store manager Sean learned the situation in detail. He said that although the machine was not sold in their store, he could help me contact the headquarters. The next day, the headquarters contacted me and told me that since it was still under warranty, they could send me two new lights for free. A few days later, I received the two new small lights. I was very happy and thanked Sean for helping me solve the problem. I also wish Fotile company to do better and better.
