I have terrible experience with this company. First of all they didn't secure a ladder on a roof and a ladder fell down all the way from the roof to the patio damaging my bbq grill. Thanks God no one was outside at that moment and no one was seriously injured. Very unprofessional, they didn't even install traffic cones around a work zone.<br><br>Second. The crown fell down all the way from a chimney top along with a dumber just 15 months after installation. It fell down just a few feet away from my neighbor's car. Thanks God their kids weren't outside at that moment.<br><br>I called the company to request a warranty fix but I was told that warranty lasts only 1 year and I need to pay again. The way this company operates their business I am surprised how these guys are still in business, they completely refuse to stand behind their work.

Got my Gutters replaced not to long ago, at first I wasn't to sure. I never used this company but the woman I spoke to on the phone, Fatima Radwan, was nothing but professional and kind. Made the appointment. They came quickly, got the job done as quick and officiant as possible. I would 100% recommended anyone to come here with any roofing or gutter troubles!

Overall amazing experience with the employees of this company made quick work of what I needed installed im absolutely in love with my skylight. Not too mention a one Fatima you were extremely friendly, and very professional/patient in the process of helping me schedule the appointment thank you very much with the overall experience!!
