    If you decide to purchase a condo in this building, be sure to buy industrial strength noise reducing earmuffs for each family member. This concrete building has NO soundproofing and heavy construction using jackhammers, drills, and sledgehammers, in various condo units takes place weekly from 9-5pm. If you are seeking quiet enjoyment of your condo, this is not the building for you.<br><br>UPDATE: The unreal drastic demolition in the unit above caused a section of the concrete ceiling in my living room to fall. I was sitting 5 feet away when it happened.
