  Michael and his team were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. After navigating a unique situation with new condo management, a major construction project in the building and an unsuccessful first attempt at selling my unit, I did some research and discovered that Michael had successfully sold another unit in my building. Despite several hiccups throughout the process, I never doubted that Michael was the right person to have on my side. He was easy to communicate with, always responded promptly to my questions, and kept me informed every step of the way--whether the updates were good or bad. When I was close to giving up, Michael encouraged me to stay the course, and within a few weeks we received another offer that I couldn't turn down. He understood my situation and frustration and guided me through the process with ease. His suggestions were incredibly helpful, and he was always open to my ideas and requests. I would highly recommend Michael and his team--10/10.

  We have worked with Michael several times now over the past 10 years. He has helped us purchase two properties and sell two properties. Michael is very responsible, professional, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with! He is always available and is very responsive when you call or text him. He is a local resident and knows the area and real estate market very well. Michael was very helpful with our closings and stayed on top of the other realtors to ensure everything went smoothly leading up to the closing. We can not recommend him highly enough. He's a true professional and a pleasure to work with!

  Michael, was a great asset to me in selling my home and purchasing a townhome. When the deal was falling apart due to a very difficult buyer Michael jumped in and made it happen. That buyer and there Lawyer tried many times to take advantage of me . Michael stopped that immediately which I really appreciated.   "Mike Akkus is a top agent in Fort Lee and Edgewater area and our experience with him is pretty extensive and very positive. He was our agent when we bought our house in Fort Lee, and then, when we sold the same house 10 years later.   I had to sell my Aunt's house in Ridgefield and Mike was a pleasure to work with! He actually sold the house twice since the first deal fell thru. He was extremely helpful and very professional as was his assistant Michelle. I personally have bought and sold over 10 homes over the years and I have to say that Mike was the best agent I have ever dealt with. He has many contractor contacts that I needed to get the house sold.<br>Don't shop around for an agent - just call Mike!

  Bought and sold our first property with Mike, who is the best real estate agent in Cliffside Park. He lives in the area and knows the local market really well, whether its buying, selling, or renting, and can also show properties elsewhere in NJ, if needed. He knows and can recommend great contractors and attorneys for first time property owners and will always follow up with you on any issues. Mike and his team have been a pleasure to work with throughout the years.
