I can't say enough good things about Lighthouse HVAC. Our unit was installed badly by the original company and had been nothing but trouble ever since. Ronnie figured out exactly what had been done wrong, explained it all in plain English, and never once tried to sell us something we didn't need.<br><br>What really set them apart was the follow-through. Ronnie is helping us with the warranty issues due to the poor installation, and dealing with details we'd never have known how to handle on our own to get this fixed<br><br>Communication, follow through and honesty, everything has been amazing! Very grateful to have found this company, my only regret is that they didn't do the install to begin with.<br><br>HVAC issues? this is the company to call. Honest, knowledgeable, and they actually care about getting it right.<br><br>Highly recommend.

Great service for a great price. They didn't charge a service fee to come give me a quote, the quote they gave was extremely competitive, and they got the work done day-of. Brandon was respectful, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions with patience. I felt very comfortable having him in my home. I will 100% be a repeat customer if we have any other issues come up in the future.

Brandon did a great job assessing the issue with our hvac wiring, testing to confirm, and showing us the results before giving a plan. His pricing is fair and honest, and he has a friendly personality good for working in family homes even on difficult issues & hot days. Thank you for working with us fairly and amicably!

I had an electrical emergency from one of the strong storms we had recently, leaving down power lines and my electric meter pulled off my wall in its wake. While the power company was too busy to help in a timely fashion, the team at Lighthouse was able to come out in short order and help me assess the situation, as well as make it a little safer until the power company could get there. Thanks so much for your help!!
