Tony and the whole crew were excellent to work with from start to finish. Our windows are as quality as they are stylish & everyone who sees them notices them and compliments us on their appearance! The order was taken care of professionally and in a timely manner! Cannot recommend Ville enough!

Do NOT buy anything from this maker of junk. I paid for a custom door which arrived with a finish that looked like it was done by a 3rd grader. The owner refused to acknowledge this despite photos or offer any help. The place is the worst. He tells you "minor dings can be repaired with touch up paint" ask yourself if you expect a $7000 custom door to arrive with minor dings that need touch up????? That is his mindset. Poor quality is normal and to be expected!!!

Iron door produced is in good quality. Minor dings can be repaired with a touch up kit supplied with the shipment.

We ordered an entry door through ville doors, it took a little while, but not too bad, probably few weeks delayed, considering that it is being ships from the out of the country, i have heard that people wait much longer! The communication was great, Anatolii was very helpful! We finally installed the door and we love it!

We waited 4 months for our customers order door....worth the wait and worth every penny. Absolutely stunning!!!!. I would post a picture but we are still remodeling and will be putting stone around the door.

NOT WORTH AT ALL Does not service under warranty and outright asks for money to service the door for an improperly installed door. Complained and sent pics, still asks for more money within 6 months of selling and 2 year warranty still does not want to service. Also, Door not aligned properly creating a safety issue as need to push very hard to close the door and lock it from even inside, informed them and absolutely does not want to resolve any issues. Installed a door paid over $5k for the door and extra for installation. If he does not value the business of $5k one door then imagine yourself being stuck. I have written emails asking for more money and saying you service the door yourself. While selling warranty and service is a point he bought up saying we will service and provide a 2 year warranty. Breaching the sales contract now. Only worried about money once sold don't expect any service.

Iron door, installed 9 months ago. The door has no warranty issues. Customer attempts to get a free maintenance service like adjusting a ball catch, applying grease on hinges.
