Daniel handled my mom's power of attorney. living will, and my sister's nursing home documents expertly. He saved us a nightmare and gave great advice. He knows elder law in and out.

Love Dan He is more then attorney he is family he always done right by me my mom and my grammy he always was right there for me and my family in difficult times he is kind, respectfull and if he didn't know the answer at that time he would find the answer YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH DAN

This lawyer has mishandled. My family . He has refused to tell us about our mothers' finances . He doesn't answer phone calls . He doesn't give you any information . He doesn't file required court documents . My mom is extremely unhappy with him as her guardian . He almost never checks on her . He just dumped her in a lousy assisted living place . Think twice before hiring this man .
