I definitely recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a change or just a good workout. I've been with them for over two years now and it has changed my life in so many ways- I lost weight and got stronger. They offer different classes and all the instructors are so amazing!!! they will push you to do your best at all times! I am so thankful for Stephanie and Micheal for following their dream and opening up this gym.

This is hands down the best place for group classes offered in the area, and happens to be affordable! I started out the year with the unlimited 3 month pass and got to try every kind of class offered. They were all top quality. Instructors are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful and the class atmosphere is collegiate and supportive. A great place for any level of fitness!
