I have been there several times, the stuff are the best, and the place is clean including the toilets. Minimum waiting time.

I would strongly advise against visiting this location. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Instead of coming out to call names like they do at other locations, they shouted through a wall leaving customers confused and frustrated. When I went to the window for clarification, the woman at the front was dismissive and told me to "go in the back" in a very condescending tone. No one bothered to get up or offer any real help. It genuinely felt like they didn't want customers there. Save yourself the hassle and go to a different branch this one left a terrible impression.

1 Star<br><br>Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.<br><br>My experience at Labcorp in Hackensack, NJ was absolutely ridiculous. I came in for a simple urine test and somehow ended up waiting over an hour. There was little to no communication, no clear organization, and no sense of urgency whatsoever.<br><br>The waiting room was full of frustrated people, and I watched multiple patients give up and leave without getting their labs done. That should tell you everything you need to know.<br><br>Waiting this long for a basic lab test with little to no communication or explanation is unacceptable. The entire process was disorganized.<br><br>Unless you have several hours to waste, I strongly recommend avoiding this location. There are plenty of places where you can get routine lab work done without feeling like you've entered a waiting-room endurance challenge.<br><br>Hackensack Labcorp needs to seriously work on its organization, communication, and patient flow.
