I was treated very well and doctor Deborah A Goss was excellent...There was one staff member who really stood out ...His name is Victor...He was patient and answered all my questions about the operation of the sleep machine etc etc...When we were done ,I felt I new him for years as a good friend ...I cannot say enough good things about him...He gets 5 stars.

Dr Deborah Goss is the one you want to see here, she is polite and pragmatic. The front desk staff needs brushing up on efficiency and bedside manner , although they aim to be polite it's not enough. Hackensack hospital in general suffers from an 1980 mentality
