Honestly, procedure went well and most staff was great.<br><br>However, after the endoscopy facility called And told me what my final bill would be (before procedure) I had asked if I could do the procedure without using my insurance. The facility, then stated it would be fraud if I didn't use my insurance, Which it is not fraud it is a choice I can make. After talking to my insurance company, they charged me over $3000 for an endoscopy because that's how high my deductible was but if I chose to have it self-pay, it would've been $1200.. unfortunately, they wouldn't let me chose self pay.<br>After paying for half the procedure upfront. They sent a bill wanting the other half of the payment. After calling and trying to make a payment plan -I was given Options that were too high for what I could afford. So, I paid what I could on a monthly basis and still had my bill sent into collections because they didn't get there money quick enough.<br>Other than this place, having great staff, thei

Patient experience here is 11/10! Really competent and kind nurses, doctors, staff, etc. I can't say enough great things.
