At some point I will provide a detailed review about my experience with keypoint. If you listen and really care about feedback take heed to me saying AVOID this company at all costs!!! I dealt with 4 ppl from here and only one was professional enough to understand my disposition as the customer. Unfortunately he is not enough for me to say take a leap of faith...this mortgage company connected me with a Victor Carofilis of EQUITY BUILDERS LLC WHO STOLE MY MONEY AND COMPLETED NO WORK ON MY PROPERTY. I am now forced with the task of hiring an attorney for litigation. They promised he did good work instead he took off with my money. I trusted this mortage and it bit me badly! When i did my research after the fact on this equity builders llc. I came to know he was sued in 2019 for the same thing he did to me. As for keypoint, my closing was a nightmare they didnt send the correct figures to close and after signing my closing docs they advised that I needed more money to add to my closing.
