  We looked for months at various buildings on the "Gold Coast" in Fort Lee, and concluded that the Plaza was the most tasteful, well designed and friendliest in this area. We moved into a three bedroom unit last September, and have not been disappointed. The staff is not only friendly but very efficient and helpful - and we found this to be true even while we were still looking and had not yet purchased our unit. With only three apartments per floor, it is quiet and there are no long waits for the elevator. The building is kept very clean and the board seems to be addressing all of the issues that arise in a structure of its age. We have great views, both east over the Hudson and west toward the Ramapo mountains; just about every apartment we've seen has a large terrrace and something lovely to look at. An added plus is that all of the residents we've met are friendly - we look forward to meeting more when the weather improves and we can take advantage of the outside amenities, like the

  Front desk service was extremely rude when attempting to find out more information regarding apartments. I do not recommend inquiring about or living here.
