Jada is amazing! She always makes my drink the best, and honestly, she's one of the reasons I keep coming back to this Dunkin. She is such a sweet and motivated girl and always has a positive attitude. You can tell she really cares about doing a good job and making customers happy. She definitely deserves recognition for her hard work.

Refusing a child access to a restroom because they weren't a paying customer is disgraceful. Basic kindness costs nothing, yet your staff chose to embarrass a child instead. Policies should never replace common decency. I will never support a business that treats families this way.
