Absolutely terrible service. Ordered at 6:40pm from a place 20 minutes away and was told 30 - 40 minutes. Two hours later : nothing. Called three times and kept getting the same lie: "it's almost there."<br><br>No one knew where the food was, no one took responsibility, and when I asked to cancel, they didn't care at all. No apology, no effort to fix it.<br><br>I've been a loyal customer for 10 years, never again. Completely disrespectful.

Brothers pizza was recommended by my neighbor I ordered pizza from them for the first and the last time,I ordered my pizza crispy and the pizza was undercooked and tasteless, I called to address the issue and the gentleman that answered the phone told me that he didn't want my pizza to get burnt I understand not burnt but not a RAW pizza instead of offering me to replace my pizza he gave me a story,I'll never ever order pizza again from brothers pizza ,they use cheap cheese and sauce I know because I owned a pizzeria for 18 years, to top it off the pizza was COLD, and the only reason I tried brothers pizza is because URBAN TOMATO pizza only have online delivery on Mondays ,so my ADVICE is SAVE your money if you want GREAT and CONSISTENT pizza order from URBAN TOMATO in EDGEWATER.
