Got a sew in from this place and it looks HORRIBLE. She took 4 hours to do it and she didn't even have to wash or blow dry cause I already came like that. The sew in looks like a helmet.. customer service is horrible smh I saw the reviews and still gave it a try but now I know smh

If I could give them A zero star I would! Called on A Wednesday to make an appointment for Sunday! I was told no appointment needed just walk in! Myself along with 2 other people waiting with only one stylist on site! It's now 9:40am still not an explanation or anything! I should've listed to my gut after seeing the reviews! I like to have my own experience and I clearly got it! Never EVER again!

Horrible service. I only got seven braids which they charged me $100 dollars for and they came loose the next day. The lady who did my hair had to keep stopping because her toddler kept crying. I will never visit the shop again!
